Abstract

The article gives the evaluation of effect geopolitical situation to territorial and economic development of Primorskyi region in historical dynamics. Assessing the impact of geopolitical position gives a leading position domestic and foreign scientists and span extensive chronological period: second half of XIX – beginning XXI century. Summarize positive experience at different historical phases of development into opened and closed economical paradigm on regional level. Emphasis to problem of integration of Russia in economic of Asia-Pacific region.
